Friends of Cruse provide a means by which people in the local community can support the work of the branch.  Membership costs just £15 per year,  members receive two Branch Newsletters each year, have the opportunity of attending our AGM and any social events, together with the option of joining a local support group to give us more help.

Leaving a Legacy to Cruse

How you can help us

 

We have some 50 volunteer bereavement counsellors trained by Cruse to work with those bereaved. All our counsellors commit to ongoing training and supervision, and some have undertaken additional training to work with groups or to counsel children and young adults. In recent years, some counsellors have worked alongside the emergency services at times of major disasters.

 

Our services remain free to clients but donations are always welcome, and often essential. Social and fundraising events are an important part of Branch life providing much needed funds to support our work.
